What Is CNC Turning?
Turning is a method of cutting a workpiece on a lathe by rotating the workpiece compared to the tool.
Most workpieces with rotating surfaces can be machined by CNC turning, such as internal and external cylindrical
surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces, end faces, slots, threads, rotating formed surfaces, etc.
SPPINDUSTRY offers precision CNC turning services including hard turning, 3/4/5 axis turning and pinning,
mill-turn machining, Swiss turning, vertical turning, boring machine machining and more.
In the field of CNC turning technology we manufacture precision parts for medical technology, aviation, electrical machinery, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, sensor technology, the printing industry, the automotive industry and many more.
In our 5 machine parks we produce highly complex precision turned parts such as wheel shafts, motor shafts, armature shafts, sensor housings, valve spools and sleeves, assembly screws, valve shafts, eccentric parts, etc.
