ESP Components & Tungsten Carbide Sleeves and Bushings
ESP carbide bushings and sleeves
Advantages of this product: prolong the service life of the rotating shaft; maintain high working accuracy; service life up to 20,000 hours under normal conditions.
Main products: The product is made of high quality materials, with good wear and corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties and slight wear in long-term operation. Higher precision and a service life of over 20,000 hours under normal conditions. SPP CARBIDE is the first and largest manufacturer of ESP carbide bushings and sleeves in China, and a major supplier to several oil service companies.
Technical level: the products are made of high quality materials with good wear and corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, slight wear in long-term operation, higher precision and a service life of over 20,000 hours. Under normal conditions. Since 1993, we have had good cooperation with Baker Hughes to develop and produce submersible oil pump carbide bushings, making us the first and largest manufacturer of submersible oil pump bushings in China. We are also a major supplier to several oil service companies.
Precision wear parts
Cemented carbide precision products have excellent mechanical properties and are characterised by high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high dimensional accuracy and specified surface roughness. Cemented carbide semi-finished products will be ground using diamond grinding wheels and EDM. They will be cut into various components to replace metal parts in complex and harsh working conditions to improve efficiency and extend life cycles.
Our cemented carbide precision products include bushings, seals, threaded nozzles, bushings, spools, valve balls and seats, valve discs, non-standard structural parts, mechanical components and more.
Cemented carbide precision parts are mainly used in submersible oil centrifugal pumps, submersible oil electric pumps, submersible oil separators, submersible oil protectors, slurry pumps, submersible oil centrifuges, slurry pumps, acid resistant pumps, wastewater treatment pumps, drinking water pumps, PDC bits, tooth wheel bits, centrifugal oil recovery pumps, MWD and LWD, vertical rotary guides and self-excited oscillating rotary percussion drilling tools.
Application: Carbide bushings are mainly used for rotating support, straightening, anti-thrust and sealing of shafts of oilfield submerged electric pump motors, centrifuges, protectors and separators, such as sliding bearing bushings, motor shaft bushings, straightening bearing bushings, anti-thrust bearing bushings and sealing bushings.

Tungsten Carbide Valve Sleeves and Bushings for Flow Control
In logistics transport pipelines, valve seals are susceptible to wear caused by sliding friction from other components, which can exacerbate valve failure. As a result, wear resistance has become an important performance indicator for valves in harsh conditions such as powder transport. spp Carbide has been working in the fluid transport field for 30 years and we are committed to solving the long-term stable production needs of fluid control systems such as coal chemical slurry and oil & gas. Monolithic sintered tungsten carbide carbide is used for sealing parts and is more suitable for hard sealing valve balls for flaps and seats, spools and sleeves, stems and pins, etc.
SPP carbide specialises in the production of wear resistant valve seals for use in harsh operating conditions, thus providing valve life and range. The main applications and types of valves include regulating valves, blackwater valves, slag locking valves, pressure reducing and noise reducing valves etc. The performance indicators of the valves are guaranteed to meet the needs of fluid control.Typical examples of tungsten carbide flow control elements:
Labyrinth bushings, valve bushings
Ball cages, valve cages, etc.
Valve balls and seats
Valve sprue, valve flap, valve plate, etc.
Homogeniser components
Nozzles and vortex chambers
Centrifugal pump components
Throttle valve assemblies and valve cages
Control valve components
Gate valve components
Mechanical seal components
Compressor components
Centrifuge tiles
SPP Carbide is committed to solving high performance research and development for wear resistant parts, we support not only tungsten carbide, cemented carbide but also technical ceramics, sapphire and other crystalline materials to achieve better wear resistance and hardness performance.
SPP Industry Ltd.
In the 1990s, SPP Industry Ltd was one of the first manufacturers to establish CNC machining in China. The company has now established five major machine parks in China, with significant achievements in the areas of 5-axis machining, precision grinding & honing, gear machining, large parts machining, custom tungsten carbide and new material development respectively.
