We precision mirror polish our tungsten carbide rolls, which gives the rolls and rings exceptional durability, or we can use tool steel + tungsten carbide coating.
The company offers large cylindrical grinding services and CNC machining services and can manufacture tungsten carbide rolls and rings up to 2 metres in length.
Hardening to 62 HRC for 1.2379 tool steel or 48 HRC for 1.2344 tool steel rolls and rings is also a speciality of the company.
