Our expertise is in tight tolerance deep hole drilling in high grade alloys. We produce holes as small as 0.087 "Ø (2.2mm) and as large as 13" with relative depths of up to 31 (800mm) ft. SPP Carbide's unique and specialized gun drilling methodology allows us to produce fluid passages and alignment passages at depths and tolerances that others in the industry would consider impossible to achieve. We do this using high grade, high strength alloys such as Tungsten Carbide, Technical Ceramics, MP35N, 718, 825, 925, 17-4PH, as well as Titanium, Beryllium Copper and specialised non-magnetic 'oil sheet' alloys.
